Given the growing demands for non-UK brands trading in the UK market post Brexit, Vida Kids successfully launched Vida Distribution in May 2022.

Warehouse and Logisitics

Vida Distribution work with a trusted third-party warehouse based in central UK. With a turnaround time of less than 24 hours, we can confidently offer next day delivery to retailers in the UK. We also work with couriers to deliver to Ireland. Good relationships with the warehouse and couriers allow us to work successfully with Department Stores and accounts with demanding delivery guidelines. Vida Distribution will manage the logistics and import demands on behalf of the brand and have agents in place to collect goods on an FOB basis where necessary.

Vida Distribution launched with an easy to use, business to business platform, that streamlines processes, reducing the time it takes for retailers to find what they need, make purchases and manage their orders. We have also included faster transaction processes by linking to the Stripe payment platform making purchases instant.

Supply

Vida Kids’ experience with sales and retailer negotiations puts us in a good place to offer fair pricing and trading terms with retailers. allowing Vida Distribution to work directly with retailers and deal with all of the invoicing and supply demands. Vida Distribution offer retailers two ordering options - Stock Orders and Dropship - to ensure that our services are available to a wide range of retailers.
